Situated near the village of Congo, this spot provides a serene environment to observe humpback whales during their annual migration. The surrounding area features unpatrolled beaches, ideal for surfing and beachcombing, and is home to diverse birdlife. Visitors can also explore the Bingi Dreaming Track, a 14km coastal walk that traces the ancient Song Lines of the Yuin Aboriginal people. The lookout is accessible via Congo Road, approximately 10km south of Moruya.
