Como Social and Leisure Centre

The Como Social and Leisure Centre, located at 6-8 Taplan St, Como NSW 2226, is a welcoming space dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing mental health concerns. Operated by the St Vincent de Paul Society NSW, the centre offers a variety of activities, including cooking, gardening, walking, music, bus trips, and reading. Members actively participate in planning these programs, fostering a sense of community and inclusion. The facility features a large hall, a kitchen, and a garden, providing ample spaces for social interaction and relaxation. Outings are particularly popular, with priority given to centre members and residents of the Sutherland Shire. First-time visitors are welcomed with a complimentary lunch.
