With over 50 years of service, it offers a comprehensive range of programs, including children's services, disability support, community development, and youth and family case management. The Community Hub provides assistance such as case management, emergency relief, food hampers, form filling, service referrals, and work development orders. Operating Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, the Hub is staffed by a multilingual team committed to fostering inclusion and building community.
