Community First Step's Community Hub at 25 Barbara Street, Fairfield, offers a welcoming space for individuals and families to access a variety of support services. Operating Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, the Hub provides case management, emergency relief, food parcels, and assistance with form filling. Multicultural support groups and classes foster inclusion and personal development. Seniors support services include form assistance, food parcels, and guidance on aged care and health services. The Youth Drop-In Centre offers free activities and services for individuals aged 12–24. The Hub is staffed by a multilingual team dedicated to empowering the community.
