Nestled along the Swan River in Perth's Swan Valley, Caversham House is a historic estate offering a picturesque setting for weddings and events. The Colonnade Gardens, adjacent to the Marquee, feature a formal walkway through manicured topiary trees, cobblestone paths, and water features with cast iron urns. The open-air Colonnade platform, elevated above a four-storey waterfall and surrounded by native gum trees, provides stunning river views. The venue also boasts a Main House with French and contemporary design elements, a Garden House with French doors opening to the gardens, and a permanent Marquee equipped with chandeliers and air conditioning. Caversham House has been hosting weddings since the 1960s, offering a blend of historic charm and modern amenities.
