Nestled at 724 North Beach Road in Gwelup, the Colin Moore Community Resource Centre offers a versatile venue ideal for children's parties and various events. The main hall, measuring 9.5 by 5.1 meters, accommodates up to 50 guests standing or 25 seated, featuring air conditioning and a vinyl plank floor. Adjacent to the hall, a spacious, covered patio of 9.8 by 11.8 meters extends the capacity to 120 standing or 60 seated guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes two domestic stoves, a refrigerator, microwave, and a hot water urn. For children's enjoyment, the venue boasts a play area with a slide, monkey bars, and a climbing frame. Parking is available for eight vehicles, with additional space on the adjacent road verge.
