Established in 2017, this precinct comprises 36 repurposed industrial sheds and warehouse spaces, now home to 26 diverse enterprises, including artists, musicians, and small businesses. The studios foster a strong sense of community among over 100 creative professionals, offering a unique atmosphere that blends industrial charm with artistic innovation. The precinct's rich history dates back to 1937 when it was originally purchased by the Newcastle and Suburban Co-operative Society Ltd, known locally as "The Store."
