The Lee Medlyn Home of Bottles Collection showcases over 6,000 historical bottles and related artifacts, spanning from 1500 A.D. to the present. The collection includes bottles for beer, wine, spirits, aerated waters, preserves, condiments, ginger beer, and items from chemist and drug companies. Housed in the decommissioned South Clunes State School, which also served as the Clunes Interknit Mill for over 45 years, the museum offers a unique glimpse into the evolution of bottle design and production. Visitors can explore rare and significant pieces that reflect the rich history of beverage packaging.
