Established in 1963, Clifton Beach Surf Life Saving Club is Australia's southernmost surf life saving club, proudly serving the Clifton Beach community. Affiliated with Surf Life Saving Tasmania, the club offers lifesaving patrols during summer and maintains a 24/7 Emergency Response Team supporting external agencies. The club's Nippers program provides children aged 5 to 14 with surf education and skills development, fostering water safety and community engagement. Additionally, the recently renovated clubhouse is available for hire, making it an ideal venue for corporate functions, weddings, parties, and school groups.
