Nestled in the heart of Chudleigh, Tasmania, the Chudleigh Showground offers a spacious, grassed area ideal for self-sufficient campers. With ample shade from surrounding trees, it provides a comfortable setting for caravans and RVs. Amenities include clean public toilets, though potable water is not available, so visitors should bring their own drinking water. Electricity is not provided; however, generators are permitted. The camping fee is $5 per night, payable via an honesty box at the entrance. Pets are welcome, and stays are limited to a maximum of seven nights. The showground is conveniently located on Sorell Street, opposite the Melita Honey Farm, and is within walking distance of local shops and attractions.
