Chu The Phat

Chu the Phat offers a vibrant dining experience in South Brisbane, blending authentic Asian street food with modern flair. Helmed by Executive Chef Brendon Barker, the menu features dishes inspired by Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Korea, such as smoked trout fritters with chilli black vinegar and LA-cut beef rib 'kalbi' with shiso leaf and ssamjang. The venue spans two levels, connected by a striking brass staircase, and includes a laneway and outdoor bar linking Melbourne Street to Fish Lane.
