
Inspired by Tokyo's izakayas, Cho Cho San offers inventive Japanese dishes in a minimalist setting. The menu features 'Izakaya Snacks,' 'Raw Bar,' 'Plates/Vegetables,' 'Meat/Seafood,' and 'Sweets,' encouraging guests to sample a variety of plates. A highlight is the matcha green tea self-serve, a popular staple. Designed by architect George Livissianis, the space is minimalistic, bringing the focus to the wall of spirits, wines, sake, and shochu, as well as the colourful and creative dishes.
