
Located at the corner of Old Northam Road and Willcox Street in Chidlow, the Chidlow Volunteer Bushfire Brigade is a dedicated team committed to protecting the community from bushfires. Operating as one of nine volunteer brigades within the Shire of Mundaring, they offer comprehensive training programs endorsed by the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES). Prospective members are encouraged to visit the station on Saturday mornings between 9:30 am and 11:00 am to learn more about joining. The brigade also plays an active role in local events, such as supporting the Chidlow & District RSL Anzac Day Service.
