Chianti Ristorante & Bar, established in 1985, is a family-run trattoria located at 160 Hutt Street in Adelaide's CBD. The restaurant offers a ground-floor dining area, all-weather al fresco seating, and two private upstairs rooms suitable for intimate celebrations, cocktail parties, corporate functions, and events. The menu changes seasonally, focusing on local and seasonal ingredients interpreted with enthusiasm. The wine list features selections from both the old and new world, including an incredible reserve list with some of the world's greatest wines. Chianti is one of the first restaurants in South Australia to be awarded the Ospitalità Italiana accreditation, presented by the Italian Government and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Australia, reflecting its commitment to delivering an authentic Italian dining experience.
