Located in the historic Archer Street Drill Hall, the Central Queensland Military and Artefacts Museum showcases a rich collection of military history from the Boer War to the present. Exhibits feature American Army uniforms from World War II, a dedicated Rockhampton history room, displays on Women at War, personal diaries, war photographs, Light Horse memorabilia, badges, medals, and personal collections from Vietnam Veterans. All items are generously donated by the local community. The museum welcomes tour groups and schools by arrangement, offering a well-presented exploration of the past for visitors of all ages.
