Cassia Share Place

Located within the Cassia estate in Kwinana, the Cassia Share Place is a vibrant community hub designed to foster local connections and enhance community life. This versatile space is ideal for meetings, workshops, fitness classes, and various community activities such as craft groups, book clubs, and playgroups. The indoor area measures approximately 12×4 meters and includes a kitchenette, lounge area, and multi-use space. Outside, there's a covered veranda, a small playground, and ample parking for 65 vehicles, including three accessible bays. Bookings are managed through SpaceToCo, with the venue offered free of charge to community groups and at reduced rates for local businesses and government bodies. Income generated from bookings supports the Cassia Community Grant Program.
