Carvers Park

Carvers Park, located at 132 Park Ridge Road, Park Ridge QLD 4125, is a vibrant community space that seamlessly blends recreational facilities with environmental stewardship. The park features two distinct playgrounds: the main playground boasts a 10-meter-high tower with two enclosed slides, net and rope climbing structures, multiple swings—including a freestanding nest swing—and rockers. A second, nature-themed playground offers a timber climbing frame, swing set, suspended logs, balancing rope, and two slides recessed into a small mound. For cycling enthusiasts, an 800-meter circuit encircles the park, complemented by a learn-to-ride track equipped with realistic road markings and traffic signage. Picnic shelters and barbecues are conveniently located near both playgrounds, with amenities situated near the second playground. The park's design honors local history through Indigenous carvings, the replanting of threatened Bailey’s Cypress Pine species, and the use of repurposed materials.
