Captain Bligh Early Learning Centre

Established in 1991, Captain Bligh Early Learning Centre is Bligh Park's first purpose-built childcare facility, offering long day care and preschool services for children aged 2 to 6. Operated by the Australian family business Kiddie Land Pty Ltd, the centre accommodates up to 39 children daily. Open Monday to Friday from 7 am to 6 pm, it provides a play-based curriculum incorporating the Aboriginal 8 Ways of Learning. The dedicated team includes university-qualified Early Childhood Teachers and trained educators. On-site, a qualified cook prepares five freshly cooked meals daily, catering to various dietary needs. The centre's facilities feature modern technology, including SMART interactive whiteboards, iPads, and computers, enhancing the learning environment. Safety is paramount, with a state-of-the-art security system ensuring children's well-being. Located at 35 Neptune Crescent, opposite Colonial Reserve, the centre fosters a family-like atmosphere, celebrating diversity and building strong relationships with children, families, and the community.
