The venue features a full range of internationally awarded single malt whiskies and premium gins, complemented by a culinary menu that celebrates Tasmania's finest local produce. Guests can enjoy lunch from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm and dinner from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm, with the bar closing at 10:00 pm on weekdays and 11:30 pm on weekends. Between lunch and dinner, the venue remains open for guided tastings, cocktails, and the Serendipity Experience, where patrons can craft their own single malt whisky at cask strength.
