Calamvale Recreation Hall

Nestled at 2625 Beaudesert Road, Calamvale Recreation Hall is a cherished community venue that embodies the spirit of local collaboration. Constructed between 1956 and 1958 using volunteer labor, this timber-clad hall features a low-pitched, single-gabled corrugated iron roof and a cantilevered entrance canopy. Over the decades, it has hosted a variety of community events, including church services, dances, and clubs like the Calamvale Progress Association and the Ladies Committee of the Calamvale School.
