Located in the heart of Scarborough's beachfront shopping village, Café 3 Eight Nine offers a vibrant atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating, allowing guests to enjoy views of Moreton Bay. The café serves a variety of breakfast and lunch options, including waffles, breakfast burgers on Turkish bread, and banana bread for breakfast, and open grills, salads, burgers, USA pork ribs, Angus beef, or fish of the day for lunch. Desserts like lemon tarts and raspberry and vanilla slices are also available. The walls are adorned with the works of artist Simon de Groot, and the coffee is di Bella. Lunch comes with a $4 glass of wine. Open daily from 6 am to 4 pm.
