Caboolture Combined Services Hall

Located at 21 Hayes Street in Caboolture East, the Caboolture Combined Services Hall offers a versatile space for various events. Measuring 11.5 by 16.5 meters, the hall features a small wooden dance floor and a carpeted area, accommodating up to 100 guests. Conveniently situated within walking distance of public transport, including the Caboolture train station, as well as local shops and cafés, it provides easy access for all attendees. The venue operates on a self-service model, with all hirers responsible for set-up, pack-down, and cleaning before the conclusion of the hire. Parking is available at the rear of the facility. The hall includes 15 folding rectangular tables, 80 folding chairs, and a widescreen TV with data connection. The kitchen is equipped with an urn, commercial oven with five hot plates, food warmer, fridge with freezer, and microwave oven. An internal accessible toilet and an accessible pathway from Hayes Street to the entry door ensure inclusivity. Please inspect the venue prior to booking to ensure it meets your accessibility requirements. Regular hire is available, with booking requests required at least five business days prior to the requested hire date. A minimum of one hour hire applies to all bookings, and bookings can be requested up to one year in advance. Council may charge a refundable security bond to cover potential damage to the facility during hire. Please note that smoking is prohibited in, and within 5 meters of, Council venues, except for designated smoking areas. The use of open flames, including but not limited to candles, lanterns, or smoke machines, is prohibited. Decorative items such as glitter, rice, sand, or confetti are not permitted. Decorations must not be affixed in any way that may cause damage; this includes, but is not limited to, sticky tape, pins, or tacks. Animals, with the exception of assistance animals, are not permitted in council venues without prior approval.
