Burroway

Burroway, NSW 2821, is a rural locality situated approximately 50 kilometers northwest of Dubbo in the Orana region of New South Wales. Characterized by expansive farmland and a tranquil outback atmosphere, the area is primarily agricultural, focusing on livestock and crop farming. The flat terrain is predominantly cleared of vegetation, with notable geographic features including Timbrebongie Falls, Ewenmar Creek, and the Macquarie River. As of the 2011 Australian Census, Burroway had a population of 364, with an average age of 44 years.
