
Burra Burri is a rural locality in Queensland's Western Downs Region, covering approximately 373.9 square kilometers. As of the 2021 census, it has a population of 32 residents. The area is characterized by Burraburri Creek, which flows from north to south-west, dividing the terrain into mountainous regions with forestry to the west and flatter grazing lands to the east. The Burra Burri State School, established in 1916, serves as a central community hub. The Burra Burri Hall, located at the intersection of Burra Burri Darr Creek Road and Burra Burri Creek Road, hosts local events and is the meeting place for the Burra Burri branch of the Queensland Country Women's Association.
