Established in 1952, the Burnie Coastal Art Group fosters and encourages art in North West Tasmania. Located at 211 Mount Street, Upper Burnie, the group operates Studio 2eleven, a vibrant hub for local artists. The gallery and studio offer spaces for artists to exhibit, learn, share, and support each other. Regular exhibitions, workshops, and classes are held, including the annual TASART exhibition, which showcases the rich and diverse artistic talent in Tasmania. Studio 2eleven is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm, inviting local artists to utilize its facilities.
