Bruce Street Community Hall

Located at 22 Bruce Street in East Maitland, the Bruce Street Community Hall offers a welcoming space for various events and gatherings. The hall is managed by the Lower Hunter Community Monday Club Inc., which hosts weekly meetings every Monday from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm, offering activities such as cards, dominoes, singalongs, craft, and bingo. Morning tea and lunch are provided, cooked fresh on the premises each Monday. Attendees are very pampered—wheat packs, hot water bottles, etc., for any aches and pains. There's lots of laughs to be had and a real homey environment. The group has a great reputation, and a community bus is available to provide transport in the local area for a fee.
