The facility includes large viewing areas with outdoor and on-field lighting, a kiosk, change rooms, a shed, meeting space, offices, and a dedicated first aid room. Local clubs such as Ingle Farm Little Athletics Club, Northern Districts Athletics Club, and Salisbury Little Athletics Club use the centre as their home base, hosting competitions and training opportunities. The centre is open to the public Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 2 pm to 7 pm, with opening times varying to accommodate bookings and club activities.
