The Bracken Ridge State School Multipurpose Hall, located at 112 Denham Street, Bracken Ridge, Queensland 4017, is a versatile venue suitable for various events. The hall features a sports floor with a full-size basketball court, a removable stage, a fully equipped kitchen, a sound system, and a data projector with a screen. It is available for casual hire at $35.00 (+ GST) per hour for the sports floor only, and for functions at $350.00 (+ GST) for approximately six hours, excluding sound and lighting. A refundable bond of $300.00 applies for some events. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerators, a microwave, a stove with oven and hotplates, a water heater, a warming oven, and a large preparation table. The hirer is responsible for leaving the premises in a clean and tidy state, turning off lights, and arming the security system before leaving. Smoking is prohibited on the premises, and if liquor is to be supplied or sold, an appropriate Liquor Permit under the Liquor Act 1992 is required.
