Nestled in Southern Tasmania, BOS Brewery is a family-owned boutique farm brewery that began in 2021. The name "BOS," meaning "bush" in Dutch, also honors the grandchildren of the founders, whose names are depicted as hop flower characters on the beer labels. The brewery emphasizes sustainability by sourcing local ingredients, cultivating its own hops, and utilizing pure Tasmanian rainwater in the brewing process. Their 300-litre three-vessel system allows for experimentation while maintaining consistency. BOS Brewery offers a range of unique beers, including barrel-aged selections and traditionally fermented ales and lagers.
