Starting at Elizabeth Beach, the trail ascends to a lookout over Charlotte Headland and Shelly Beach, ideal for sunrise views. It winds through palm groves, rainforests, and open woodlands, descending to Seven Mile Beach. Passing The Ruins campground and picnic area, the path continues along Wallis Lake, leading to Sunset picnic area. The track concludes back at Elizabeth Beach, perfect for a refreshing swim.
