Boorooma

Located in Boorooma, New South Wales, the Charles Sturt University Boorooma Campus offers a full-size Olympic swimming pool with five lanes. The pool is available for individual lane hire or for swimming competitions and carnivals. Bookings can be made online through Everywhere Venues for exclusive lane hire, with fees in addition to standard pool entry. For larger events, such as swimming carnivals and competitions, specific booking forms are required. The pool complex provides amenities including lighting, parking, showers, team change rooms, general toilets, and vending machines. Accessibility features include wide doorways, a disability changeroom, disabled parking, level access, ramps, sealed surfaces, service dog friendliness, staff assistance, stroller-friendly pathways, and wheelchair-accessible toilets. The venue operates daily with varying hours, offering both hourly and daily hire options. Please note that all bookings made by entities with an Australian Business Number (ABN) and/or where more than eight people will be attending require a $20 million AUD public liability policy. Catering terms allow visitors to provide their own catering, but no alcohol is permitted in the venue. Cancellation policies vary depending on the timing of the cancellation. For commercial hirers, a certificate of currency of their public liability policy is required at the time of booking. Please provide the qualifications of any supervisors at your event. No glass can be brought into the pool complex.
