The cellar bar operates Thursday to Sunday, providing wine tastings, snacks, and bottle sales. On Fridays and Saturdays, the bistro serves an à la carte menu for lunch and dinner, while Sundays feature a relaxed lunch service. The menu, crafted by Chef Shaun Thatcher, showcases dishes inspired by southern France and northern Italy, highlighting local organic produce.
