On Fridays and Saturdays, the bistro serves an à la carte menu for lunch and dinner, while Sundays feature a relaxed lunch service. The menu, crafted by Chef Shaun Thatcher, showcases dishes inspired by southern France and northern Italy, highlighting local organic produce. Boomtown is a place to gather and share local food and wines, grown and made by us and our friends here on Djaara Country.
