The Tokyo-style shoyu ramen features pork chashu, soy egg, watercress, and menma in a light pork and kombu broth. Other options include a rich chicken tori paitan, a delicate seafood ramen with prawn balls and scallop silk, and a vegetarian miso ramen with celeriac 'chashu'. Snacks like lacto-fermented pickles and chicken karaage complement the offerings. The intimate space boasts exposed red-brick walls and a timber bar overlooking the open kitchen.
