Bombo Beach Reserve is a 1.2-kilometre stretch of sand connecting central Kiama with Kiama Downs. Renowned for its consistent surf, the beach features strong rips, making it ideal for experienced surfers. The northern end boasts a dog agility park, while off-leash dogs are welcome throughout the central area between sunrise and sunset. Adjacent to the beach, Bombo Headland offers stunning views of Cathedral Rocks, Jones Beach, and Minnamurra Headland. The area is accessible via public transport, with a train station just metres from the sand.
