The tasting room features two Australian-made copper pot stills, Ian and Beryl, where all gins and liqueurs are crafted on-site. Guests can relax indoors or on the sun-drenched deck, savoring gin flights, cocktails, and cheese platters while taking in breathtaking views of the Cobaw Ranges and surrounding farmland. Open weekends and Mondays, the distillery also hosts monthly Sunday Sessions with live music and pizzas, enhancing the experience.
