The Bay Islands Aquatic Centre, located at 4 Borrows Street, Russell Island, is a saltwater chlorinated public pool managed by Redland City Council on behalf of the Queensland Government Department of Education. The facility features a 25-meter solar-heated pool with six lanes, shaded wading and play pools for children, change rooms, and a shaded BBQ area. Operating seasonally from mid-September to mid-April, the centre offers various entry options, including general admission, family passes, and season passes. Please note that the centre is currently closed for minor repairs.
