Located in the historic Glenelg Town Hall, the Bay Discovery Centre is a social history museum that celebrates South Australia's cultural heritage. Visitors can explore exhibits on the Kaurna People, the state's Proclamation and settlement, the evolution of beach culture, and notable local identities. The centre also hosts a vibrant program of changing exhibitions and events, showcasing the best of the state's arts and unique history. Entry is by gold coin donation, and the centre is open daily from 10 am to 4 pm, except on Christmas Day and Good Friday.
