Bavay Distillery, nestled in a century-old factory in Morningside, Brisbane, offers a unique experience by crafting small-batch spirits that honor traditional distilling methods. The venue's interior features original brickwork, a copper-topped bar, and a 500-litre copper pot still named Monica. Visitors can enjoy a range of historically-inspired spirits, including London Dry gin, Navy Strength gin, Forbidden Fruit pink gin, Spice Trade dark rum, Pure Silver coconut rum, Espresso Liqueur, and Vodka. The distillery also hosts blending masterclasses, allowing guests to create their own rum blends.
