Bau Truong Cabramatta, established in 2007, is a beloved Vietnamese restaurant renowned for its authentic home-style dishes. The menu features favorites like Vietnamese grilled pork chop, grilled beef in betel leaves, and whole peach served with vermicelli salad. Inspired by the street food of Ho Chi Minh City, it also offers Banh Xeo (Vietnamese pancake) and Pho (beef noodle soup). Unique offerings include Banh Tam (Udon-like noodles with salad, coconut, and fish sauce) and Banh Tap (prawn cracker layered with rice noodles and lemongrass-infused sliced pork). Salads such as lotus stem pickled salad and green mango salad are also popular. In the evenings, hearty dishes like Canh Chua (sour soup) and Ca Kho To (caramelized fish) are served. For a communal dining experience, hot pots like Lau De (goat and preserved beancurd) and Lau Do Bien (seafood) are available.
