Located in Devonport's historic 1920s Harbourmaster's residence, the Bass Strait Maritime Centre offers an immersive journey into Tasmania's maritime heritage. Experience the thrill of navigating the SS Woniora, a state-of-the-art ship simulator that brings the challenges of Bass Strait to life. Open daily from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the centre is closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and Good Friday.
