Established in 2015, it serves as both a fully operational café and a certified training centre, providing Year 11 and 12 students with practical skills and hands-on experience in a busy work environment. Open weekdays from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, with the kitchen closing at 2 pm, the café is accessible via the Harriet Street car park. As part of the college, it upholds Christian values and strives for excellence in all its offerings.
