Housed in the historic Thirroul Railway Crew Barracks, built between 1913 and 1915, Barracks Art Studios Thirroul offers private working spaces for visual artists. The studios are open to the public during the annual Thirroul Seaside and Arts Festival and occasionally for the Northern Illawarra Art Trail. The current members include Judy Bourke (President), Graham Sinclair (Vice President), T.S. Zaracostas (Treasurer), David Hull (Secretary), and Frank Nowlan (Associate Member Coordinator), with associate member Jane. Each member maintains a personal studio, contributing to the vibrant artistic community.
