Nestled in Nuriootpa, the Barossa Bushgardens spans 7 hectares, showcasing over 200 of the region's 400+ native plant species. Established in 2001, this community-driven project features 21 display gardens, including the CFS Fire-wise Garden and the Eremophila Garden. Visitors can enjoy walking trails, interpretive signage, and a 13-metre labyrinth promoting mental well-being. The Community Nursery offers a variety of native plants for purchase. Open daily from sunrise to sunset, entry is free, with donations appreciated. Accessible facilities are available, and guided tours can be arranged upon request.
