Emphasizing sustainability, the menu incorporates indigenous ingredients and focuses on consuming introduced wild animals and weeds. The venue also houses The Radio Room, a bar-meets-lounge offering cocktails and snacks. Bar Midland acknowledges the traditional owners of the land, the Jaara Jaara people of Dja Dja Wurrung Country.
