The restaurant's monthly changing set menu features organic, bio-dynamic, and regenerative dishes, all sourced exclusively from local producers. Emphasizing sustainability, the menu incorporates indigenous ingredients and focuses on consuming introduced wild animals and weeds. The venue also houses The Radio Room, a bar-meets-lounge offering cocktails and snacks. Bar Midland acknowledges the traditional owners of the land, the Jaara Jaara people of Dja Dja Wurrung Country.
