Bankstown Council chambers

The Bankstown Council Chambers, located at 375 Chapel Road, Bankstown, NSW 2200, is a distinctive roundhouse building designed by architect Kevin Curtin and completed in 1963. It was the first structure finished in the Bankstown Civic Centre complex, which also includes the Administration Building and Town Hall. The interior features timberwork in Queensland walnut timber, adding to its unique architectural appeal. The building is situated near Paul Keating Park, a central green space in Bankstown, and is accessible via public transport, including bus routes 905, 920, M90, M91, and train lines T6, T3, and T2.
