Banksia Gardens Community Services

Banksia Gardens Community Services, located at 71–81 Pearcedale Parade in Broadmeadows, is a vibrant neighbourhood house and community service organisation dedicated to fostering community development and social inclusion. Established in 1981, it offers a diverse range of programs focusing on early childhood education, adult education and training, youth services, environmental sustainability, and community participation. The centre hosts over 30 groups and associations, serving more than 80,000 people annually. Its facilities include a spacious hall available for hire, equipped with a full kitchen, wheelchair access, and onsite parking, accommodating up to 200 standing guests or 145 seated with space for a dance floor or stage. Additional spaces, such as classrooms with removable soundproof partitions and built-in projectors, are also available. Operating Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, the centre is committed to providing a welcoming environment for individuals and groups of all ages and cultural backgrounds.
