Born and raised in Northern Thailand, Chef Tiw brings his love for fresh produce and vibrant flavors to the menu. His culinary journey spans leading Asian restaurants in Los Angeles, Boston, England, and Australia. Previously, he was the executive chef at Mama’s Buoi in Surry Hills and head chef at Alphabet St in Cronulla. Located in Spice Alley, Chippendale, Bang Luck is open Sunday to Wednesday from 11 am to 9:30 pm, and Thursday to Saturday from 11 am to 10 pm.
