Ballajura Intergenerational Playspace, also known as Weitj Park, is a $6.5 million facility in Ballajura, Western Australia, designed for all ages and abilities. The park features three distinct zones: - **Parkland Area**: Includes a lawn with BBQs, seating, an outdoor gym, a flying fox, and a multi-swing set. - **Industrial Play Area**: Offers a ninja assault course, basket swings, slides, trampolines, and a junior play area for younger children. - **Nature Play Area**: Features a dry creek, rope net, stilts, balance logs, cubby building, and balance ropes. The park opened on January 30, 2025, following a $2 million grant from Lotterywest. It was developed to foster community connection and inclusivity.
