Opened in March 2019, the Baldivis South Community Centre at 13 Lamorak Way offers versatile spaces for various events and activities. The 650-square-metre facility includes the Banksia Function Hall, accommodating up to 150 people, and two activity rooms, each hosting up to 50 people. Amenities feature a commercial kitchen, accessible toilets, a children's outdoor play area, and ample parking. Bookings are managed through the Mary Davies Library and Community Centre.
