The ever-changing seasonal menu, crafted in partnership with local farmers and producers, emphasizes sustainable sourcing and highlights the freshest ingredients from both the Goldfields region and the restaurant's own garden. Helmed by Culinary Director and Executive Chef Tim Foster, Babae presents a contemporary interpretation of classic cooking techniques.
